Creating an account is simple! Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of our homepage. You'll need to provide your email address, create a password, and agree to our terms of service. Once registered, you can choose a subscription plan that fits your needs.

We offer only one subscription tier:

• Basic: Basic platform features

Yes! You start using our services on a free trial. During this period, you'll have full access to all premium features. No payment is required to start your trial.

To update your payment method, go to your Account Settings and select "Billing". From there, you can add a new payment method or update your existing details. Your changes will be saved immediately.

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees.

The WinMatrix dashboard is organized into several key sections.

Use the accordion navigation to switch between different sections of the dashboard.

If you're not receiving our email notifications:

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Add noreply@winmatrix.top to your email whitelist
• Verify your email address in Account Settings
• Ensure email notifications are enabled in your preferences
• Check if your email provider is blocking our messages

You can also enable browser notifications as an alternative delivery method.
